Marketing and Design Executive
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (with an indirect reporting line to Commercial Manager)

The Marketing and Design Executive holds responsibility for the management of company website content, social media channels, marketing collateral, and media production activities. The Marketing and Design Executive is expected to work independently to create impactful content aligned with the company goals and brand which highlights our fleet and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, pitch decks, and other promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
To ensure consistent branding across all digital and print platforms and documents.
To manage and update our company website with relevant, timely content aligned with global marketing campaigns.
Oversee company social media presence on all Texel Air channels to increase engagement and to strengthen brand awareness.
To coordinate the creation, preparation, and transportation of materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and Industry events.
To, where required, travel to Industry events and onboard aircraft to capture exclusive photo and video content to support our marketing strategies.
To collaborate closely with the sales/commercial and operations teams to develop tailored presentations and branded documents showcasing our capabilities in Air Cargo, ACMI, MRO and private aviation.
To develop compelling success stories and media content highlighting our fleet and services.
To organize and maintain a digital media/content portfolio for use across our global offices.
To create and execute a yearly marketing and media event plan – managing schedules, subcontractors, reviewing cost and content delivery.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role within a professional company setting.
Proven track record in marketing planning for annual roll out across digital and traditional activities.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing and design experience, preferably within aviation, logistics, travel or B2B sectors.
Proven proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and similar software.
Proven experience of managing company social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and familiar with website CMS such as WordPress or Squarespace.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e.g. google analytics, social media platforms etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to analyse data and generate reports on campaign performance.
Excellent organisational, multitasking and project management skills.
A proven ability to display innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns.
Willing to travel where required – across Bahrain and other relevant locations to support content creation and industry engagement.

Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Fluency and excellence with written and spoken English language skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work in a demanding environment.
Additional requirements:
To possess a full valid driving licence and the capability to drive (if the role involves events or fieldwork) may be an advantage.
