Pilot - First Officer (B737NG)

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Texel Air is seeking experienced First Officer Pilots holding a valid B737 NG type rating to join our growing team. Applicants must demonstrate strong operational experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform in a dynamic cargo environment.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following:

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid UKCAA/EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL License with B737 NG Type Rating

  • Minimum 2,000 hours total time

  • Minimum 1,000 hours on B737NG

  • Minimum 1,500 hours on MPA

  • Last flight within the last 12 months

  • Minimum ICAO English Level 5 or higher

  • Valid Class 1 Medical

Flight Dispatcher

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Texel Air is seeking a qualified and licensed Flight Dispatcher to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for flight planning, operational flight monitoring, weather and route analysis, and ensuring the safe and efficient dispatch of aircraft. Applicants must hold a valid FAA / EASA Flight Dispatcher Licence and have a strong understanding of flight operations, aviation regulations, and operational control procedures. Previous airline or cargo operations experience is desirable.

Minimum Requirements

  • Hold a Flight Dispatch Licence issued by FAA or EASA

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in a smaller operation with unscheduled/on demand international experience (ACMI background)

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of ANTR Ops 1 Subpart D in relation to Dispatch requirements

  • Have experience with electronic crew rostering and flight planning systems. Leon and PPS Flight Planning are preferable.

Flight Dispatch Supervisor / Senior Flight Dispatcher

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Texel Air is seeking a qualified and experienced Flight Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our Operations Control Centre. The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical guidance to the OCC team, ensuring flight dispatch and operational control activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following:

Minimum Requirements

  • Hold a Flight Dispatcher License (FAA license preferable)

  • Minimum 5 years dispatch experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a senior dispatcher, lead dispatcher, or supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of international cargo and ACMI operations

  • Experience with operational control and flight watch functions

Desirable

  • Have previous Leadership training

  • Experience with regulatory audits and authority interaction

  • Knowledge of Bahrain CAA requirements
